How to make sure your photos/videos turn out the best for your listing.
How to prepare each room:

Close garage doors
Remove vehicles from the driveway and from in front of the property if possible
Attend to the landscaping (Mow lawn, trim overgrown plants, clean up leaves)
Remove trashcans from sight
Remove seasonal decor (Christmas lights, carved pumpkins, etc.)
Pick up outside toys and other clutter
Tidy up outdoor furniture

Put clothes away (usually best to leave hooks empty when visible)
Remove shoes from view
Remove clutter (Mail, wallet, keys, etc.)

Clear countertops other than soap (consider a decorative soap dispenser)
Put toilet seats down
Remove soaps and other items from the shower
Hang clean folded towels
Remove floor mats

Clear desk
Hide/arrange cables
Declutter bookshelves and neatly arrange
Remove personal items

Clear countertops (wooden cutting boards, cookbooks, or decor might be okay)
Put dishes away or load the dishwasher
Remove magnets and papers from the refrigerator
Wipe fingerprints off appliances
Remove the trash can/empty the trash
Clear table of all contents
Straighten up chairs
Remove highchair or other kids items

Remove personal items and family photos
Remove toys, clutter, papers, etc.
Declutter bookshelves
Hide/arrange cables, turn off TVs, and put away remotes
Clean out the fireplace (if applicable)
Fluff pillows and cushions

Make the bed with clean, matching bedding
Fluff pillows and neatly arrange
Remove items from nightstands
Remove personal items, photos, laundry baskets, and clothing
Remove visible items under the bed
Put toys away and declutter in kids’ rooms
